Well, New Year's Eve day started out with me waking up around 8 after a night of all kids sleeping through and a text from H from 551 am saying he was on his way to Vermont....sigh.
Joe spent all day sick in bed. Thomas and Mia went outside for a while despite it being -14.
I didn't end up inviting Dad in and the kids had KD and baths and went to bed instead of munchies and a movie.
Missing H already and missing Joe even though he's here! Hoping this won't last long and that no one else gets sick. Missing chapel tonight. Not sure what will happen with Mass tomorrow.
