Day 1 of new school year!
I started the day off with prayer and exercise before the wee kiddies got up. Good move, now if I can just keep it up! School lasted from roughly 910-1050, with a short break, not including the one where my hun came home unexpectedly and I thought he was a burglar...
The day went generally well although I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was. Mia's favorite part of school was making the caterpillar. I think Thomas' was when I told him to yell out the answers in math!
As always, I need to spend more time in prayer, work on my patience and remember the little things are often the most important....My thoughts were with H as he went to orientation for new and international students, had his first hockey practice, went to watch his new billets soccer game and said goodbye to his Dad. He called not long ago to say goodnight. My little boy is growing up.....
